Jomsom/Muktinath and Poon Hill/Ghandruk Trek (16-days program)11-days customized trekking itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel, rest and refresh for couple of hour and complete the official formalities.
Day 02: Fly (30 minute to Pokhara) or drive by tourist bus (6-7 hr.) to Pokhara and transfer to hotel.
Day 03: Early morning fly to Jomsom (2700m) and trek to Kagbeni (2800m)
Day 04: Trek Kagbeni to Muktinath (3800m)
Day 05: Trek Muktinath to Jomsom (2700m)
Day 06: Trek Jomsom to Kalopani (2530m)
Day 07: Trek Kalopani to Tatopani (1190m)
Day 08: Rest day at Tatopani (relax hot spring bath)
Day 09: Trek Tatopani to Shikha (1935m)
Day 10: Trek Shikha to Ghorepani (2800m)
Day 11: Early morning visit Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Tadapani (2600m)
Day 12: Trek Tadapani (2600m) to Ghandruk (1940m
Day 13: Trek Ghandruk (1940m) to Nayapul via Birethanti, drive back to Pokhara and end the trip and transfer to hotel and afternoon free day in Pokhara for personal activities.
Day 14: Free day in Pokhara for personal activities- go for boating in Fewa Lake/rest/ shopping/sightseeing etc…
Day 15: After breakfast transfer to airport, fly to Kathmandu or drive by tourist bus (6-7 hr.) and transfer to hotel and afternoon free day in Kathmandu for personal activities.
Day 16: International departure or go for onward program.
The above package includes the following services:
- Airport transfers pick up and drop
- Entry permits to Annapurna Consevation Area
- All supporting staffs (trekking guide and porters), as well as their necessary insurance, meals and allowances.
- 3 meals per day and overnight accommodation in tea house lodge along the trail.
- Domestic airfare and airport tax (Pokhara to Jomsom) and Kathmandu- Pokhara-Kathmandu flight or overland journey by tourist bus as required.
- Transportation from the ending point by private vehicle.
- 2 night accommodation in Kathmandu in BB basis before and after the trek.
- 3 night accommodation (BB basis) in Pokhara before and after the trek.
The above package does not include:
- International airport departure tax
- Lunch and dinner during the Kathmandu and Pokhara stay
- Travel / medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost
- Personal expenses such as telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks (including cold drinks and mineral water/boiled water), donation & tips etc
